Circles - More than a store

We are passionate about the circular economy, circles of community and circles of wellbeing. Circles was founded by Jules Hau with the mission to inspire a sustainable, mindful, and creative lifestyle.

Born in Brighton, Jules has worked in fashion and ethical fashion buying and sales since the late 90s. Much of her career was spent supporting ethical brands to develop and grow. She has held seminars at the Centre for Sustainable Fashion and was on the advisory board for Fashion Revolution.

After years of working in the fashion industry, it became clear to her that we needed to move beyond "do no harm" mindset to a more responsible, regenerative retail to protect our planet.

It was Jules' dream to combine her expertise in sustainable fashion and holistic wellbeing and create a sustainable sanctuary right in the heart of Brighton. So, in 2023, Circles was born.

Circles is all about the community. Every time you buy or sell a piece of second hand clothing through us, you are making a difference. Together we can build a more circular fashion future.

We sell beautiful, high-quality second-hand clothing, creatively repaired pieces and timeless home essentials to be rediscovered and reloved.

Our speciality is designer, boutique and vintage clothes and accessories. We love exploring resourceful ways to keep our garments in use for longer. Each repaired item has been thoughtfully mended to give it a new lease of life.

New products from eco-friendly brands

We also showcase new products from brands that use regenerative materials in their products. Brands that are design-led, high quality and committed to a better way of doing business.

Beyond our responsible retail offering, we are a hub for holistic wellbeing. We foster personal growth, mindfulness, and self-care in our wellbeing space. Whether it's massage, qi-gong, or wellness treatments & talks, we aim to nourish your mind and body, helping you lead a balanced and harmonious life.
